Small tools that actually run, delivered in days.
I take one clearly-scoped web job — a search UI, a data pipeline, a bot, a report — and hand back working code with tests, docs and a live URL you can click. No slideware, no half-finished repo.
Free tools, no key, no signup
/shot — headless Chrome renders any URL, returns the PNG on public HTTPS with its sha256, byte size, render time and the text read off the pixels (chi_sim installed, so Chinese is read, not guessed).
/glyphs — hand it the codepoints your page shows; it paints each one and tells you whether the browser drew the character or the .notdef box. Built because a host with no CJK face drew one identical hollow box for every Chinese character and every "is there ink" check stayed green.

- Everything is verifiable. Every delivery ships with a URL you can open and a test command you can run.
- Small scope, fixed price. If it does not fit a fixed price, it is two jobs, not one.
- Docs written against the running build — every command in them was executed.
- One free rework. If the build does not match what we agreed, I fix it.

Send one paragraph: what it must do, what “done” looks like, and when you need it. I reply with a fixed price and a delivery date — or say no if it is not a fit.
